We offer a variety of small-group movement classes including Pilates, barre, yoga, GYROTONIC, and specialty workshops. Our classes are designed to support all fitness levels and help clients build strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies, regardless of age!
-
If you’re new to Gyrotonic® or Pilates, we recommend starting with a private lesson. This helps your instructor understand your health history, movement patterns, and goals. In some cases, a private session may be required before joining a class to ensure safety and prevent injury.

Our Movement Packages (1, 5, or 10 classes) can be used for barre and yoga classes.
Our Pilates Packages (1, 4, 10, or 25 classes) can be used for any Pilates or Gyrotonic group classes. All packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Clients must notify the studio at least 24 hours before their scheduled class or appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee. This helps us offer the spot to another client who may be waiting to join.

Comfortable athletic wear is best for our classes. Most clients wear leggings or athletic pants paired with a fitted or comfortable top that allows you to move freely. Clothing that allows you to stretch, bend, and move easily will help you get the most out of your class. Grip socks are recommended for many of our classes.
-
Yes, we recommend reserving your spot ahead of time, as many of our classes have limited space.

Our studio offers movement classes and an athleisure boutique, and we’re proud to be part of a larger wellness hub. The building also includes several independently owned wellness businesses that align with our philosophy of caring for the body and mind. While each business operates separately, together we create a space that supports a well-rounded approach to wellness.
