Pilates
Pilates is known for building your "core." What you may not know is that it focuses on alignment of the bones in the body, the nervous systems ability to tell the body where and how to move, and building strength in your smaller, stabilizing muscles as well as your stronger, bigger muscles. Joe Pilates based movements on Yoga moves, Thai Chi, and children's movements. Group Classes include three people in a class, Pilates for Beginners is offered with a one-on-one student-teacher ratio, and Private Lessons are available as well.

GYROTONIC®
This is a 3-dimensional and circular form of movement, involving rotations, arching, curling, and a combination of them all. It is known for its fluidity, while building control, strength, and range of motion. The golf swing is imitated because of the multi-dimensional aspects the equipment allows for. Balance is built and maintained through the pulley's and handles on the Cobra. There is one-on-one instruction for these classes at Dynamic Body.

Yoga
Brought over here to the United States over 100 years ago, Yoga originated in India well over 1,000 years ago. There are thousands of Yoga Moves and various styles of Yoga. Dynamic Body focuses on
Iyengar Yoga and Kurunta (Ropes) Yoga. Poses are held, encouraging static muscle contractions which encourage muscle endurance by firing a greater number of muscle fibers, which makes up the muscle. Yoga has 8 people per class at Dynamic Body, or Private Lessons are available by appointment only.
