Located in the Green Circle Shopping Center, we provide Pilates, Yoga, and Massage services. The studio is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and professional instructors to provide you a balanced experience and fit body from sole to soul.
Staff
The staff at Dynamic Body are the best in their field; whether it is ERYT 500 for Yoga Instructors or a licensed CEC provider for Massage Therapy.
When taking any class in Yoga or Pilates, you can rest assured that the instructor knows how to take care of you. They will alter a movement so that the pose fits your body, so you do not have to force yourself. If ever a question arises, just contact any one of our knowledgeable staff for an answer.
